ALPENA TOWNSHIP – No person was injured but tools, autos, and private mementos were being wrecked when hearth leveled a framework on Long Lake Street in Alpena Township all over 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Firefighters stated they do not know what started the blaze that leveled the storage facility that was also property to the organization RJ’s Employed Autos.

Tammy Wirgau, owner of the property that shares the home, reported the big making held motor vehicles, highly-priced tools, and at the very least 1 tractor, plus trophies and particular collections of mementos.

Firefighters from a number of townships – including Alpena, Presque Isle, Maple Ridge, and East Grand Lake – and the Alpena Fight Readiness Schooling Centre responded and introduced water to fight the blaze, with Alpena Fireplace Department paramedics on professional medical standby in circumstance of injuries.
